Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Shineoak.com, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or request a refund for your purchase or home service booking. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellation and refund requests.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel a home service booking, please contact us immediately via our email at care@shineoak.com.
  • For home service cancellations made 3 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after this time frame may result in a partial refund or no refund at all, at our discretion.
  • If you wish to cancel a home professional booking, please contact us immediately via our email at care@shineoak.com.
  • For home professional cancellations made 1 hr prior to the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after this time frame may result in a partial refund or no refund at all, at our discretion.
  • If the order for a product has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • If the order for a product has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see Refund Policy below).

Refund Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Returns must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged during shipment or if there was an error with the order on our part.
  • If the item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the damage. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, at your discretion.
  • If you are not satisfied with a home service, please contact us within 15 days of the appointment to discuss a refund. Refunds for home services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
